The Work4UPlus2 Programme

The Work4UPlus2 Programme is aimed at helping young people, who are ‘at risk’ of becoming disengaged from education, employment or training. The programme offers mentoring support and training to young people who because of adversity have been unable to make the most of their skills. Since 2012 it has helped an annual cohort of thirty young people to find their optimal life pathways and break through the barriers which have been stopping them from getting into or staying in education, employment or training. The Work4UPlus2 programme is a unique ten year intervention.
